Medway Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), Swale CCG and Medway Foundation Trust have created an event workshop to hear your views on how to redesign the Cardiology service.
Medway & Swale want to hear from you if you are living with a cardiology condition or caring for someone using these services in Medway and Swale.
What's at the workshop?
At the workshop they will look at the current pathways of care, find parts which can be improved and look at possible solutions. These might include moving some outpatients’ services into the community, supporting people to have more control over their care or making more use of new technology.
