IAPT stands for Improving Access to Psychological Therapies and they’re looking for a new name that we could all understand and that would encourage more people to give it a try.
Suggestions so far include the NHS Kent & Medway Talking Therapies service or NHS Kent & Medway Psychological Therapies service.
