The NHS is looking to improve the support that they can offer to people who have had Covid, so your thoughts and experiences will be really useful to help them plan what that service looks like.

You are not alone

We recently chatted to five people who shared their story about life after Covid. All them were still affected in some way and all of them told us their mental health had suffered.

We've already shared these stories with decision makers to help them plan how best to support people who are dealing with the long term effects of Covid.
